Co-organized by Sino-Linchem International Co., Ltd and Chemical College of Guangxi University, the project of “Research on the Energy Conservation Technology in the Production of Phosphorus Pentoxide” has passed acceptance by the professional team from Guangxi Science and Technology Department which leaded by Guangxi Chemical Institute at June 25, 2013.

Through project’s achievements, we installed tubular heat exchangers on the top of the setting tower of phosphorus pentoxide and adopted the measure of forced refrigeration, which enhanced the cooling effect. We recycled the end gas in the acid-making tower by connecting high and low concentration sulfuric acids in series to the dry air, with an aim of energy conservation. Meanwhile, we recycled the hot water and vapor at high temperature to melt the solid yellow phosphorus, which not only enhanced the equipment efficiency but also saved lots of energy.

In this project, we constructed a trial production line of phosphorus pentoxide with an annual capacity of 2,000 tons.What’s more, the products produced by our new technology all met the contact requirements.

This project obtained a national patent and successfully passed the contract examination. Due to our remarkable performance, the professional team reached a consensus that our project passed the acceptance.
