Recently, a newachievement on scientific research was receivedby Sino-Linchem International, Inc. The project of “Research and development onproduction technology of ammonium polyphosphate withthe advantage of low degree of polymerization, energy conservation andenvironmental protection” passed the inspection, andhas been accepted by experts of the Ministry of Industry and InformationTechnology of Guangxi in June, 2015.

Thisproject contains a new and unique technology to produceammonium polyphosphate with low degree of polymerization, which ensures continuous and stableproduction, as well as safe and convenient operation. It also meets the requirements of low-carbon, energy conservation and environmentalprotection. Every indicator in this project wereapproved by the experts and won their favorable comments.

Ammonium polyphosphate is an important raw material for developinghigh quality liquid fertilizers overseas. It has a lot of advantages includinghigh dissolvability, good dispensability, combination of efficiency andlong-term effect, and chelating with metal ions. As adding nitrogen, potassium and microelements, liquidfertilizers which are made from full water-soluble ammonium polyphosphate willnot have the problem of moisture absorption or caking, and there won’t be anydust and smog during production. Theseliquid fertilizers can be applied through pipe system, drop irrigation systemand spraying mechanized system, and bring the advantageof labor saving, water saving and fertilizer saving. Moreover, it is also more accurate, homogeneous, efficient withlow cost, and it is easily absorbed by the crop. At the same time, herbicide, pesticide, organicmaterial, auxin and microelements can also be added to these liquid fertilizersin order to make new liquid compound fertilizers. In a word, Ammonium polyphosphatehas already been widely used as a raw material ofproducing high quality liquid fertilizers due to its high solubility, compatibilityand the ability to reduce the crystallization temperature of liquid fertilizers. Ammonium polyphosphate will further promptthe application revolution in China.

Thesuccessful inspection and acceptance of this project means that the production technology of ammonium polyphosphate ofour company is in an advanced position in China.In the future, we will keepinsisting in the concept of “Technology as Power”,providing better service and products to meetour clients’ demand, andbecoming more competitive in the market.
