The 2016 Exchange Symposium on China Sylvinite Fertilizer Industry which was sponsored by the association of Sylvinite Fertilizer chapter of China Inorganic Salts Industry chemical was successfully held in Hami, Xinjiang. The meeting attracted the representative of manufacturing and distributing enterprises, such as Qinghai Salt Lake Industry, SDIC Xinjiang Luobupo Hoevellite, Golmud Tibetan potash fertilizer; and the researchers of scientific research institution, such as Qinghai Institute of Salt Lakes, China Coal Technology Engineering Group, CAGS, East China University of Science and Technology; moreover, the representative of Sinofert Holdings limited and China National Agricultural Means Of Production Group Corporation also took part in the conference, almost 200 people got together this time. The theme of the conference was New Technology, New Process and New Equipment; all attendees opened up further discussion with that.

      The Technical director Mr. Huangliang Yin was the representative of Sino-Linchem in the Exchange Symposium; he gave a speech to introduce the research result and development of summarization of Mannheim Process for Potassium Phosphate Monobasic. The Mannheim Process was using the dilute phosphoric acid and Hydrochloric acid to decompose Sylvie. But with highly corrosive, the Hydrochloric acid will corrode the reactor in the process of chemical reaction. And then people tried to use the concentrated sulfuric acid to decompose Potassium chloride, and promoting it worldwide. But recently, it is competitive and overcapacity in the market of Potassium chloride. So we have to change the original production mode by technological change. Now, Sino-Linchem uses the high concentration and low corrosives of concentrated phosphoric acid to get potassium chloride without water, and only producing hydrogen chloride gas instead of hydrochloric acid. It completely solves the strongly corrosive problem. The new technology reduces the cost and improves the competitiveness of our products. We believe that as the cost being reduced, the potassium sulphate will be replaced by monopotassium phosphate. Monopotassium phosphate market will be very bright.
