The professional advisor from Fangcheng Port health advisory service center gave a lecturer about professional health knowledge.

In the training, the instructor illustrated the CPR cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the common emergencies and the emergency treatment in the work injury accident, the prevention and treatment of employees’ common diseases with vivid language and detailed action demonstration. Everyone had a correct understanding of relief methods, such as how to carry out the rescue within gold four minutes after cardiac arrest, how to stop bleeding, dressing, fixed, move the wounded and so on. At the same time, the instructor also introduced some self-care acupressure massage methods and gave a demonstration of action and interactive learning for the purpose of prevention and improvement of common occupational diseases.
