On the morning of July 1st, 2019, Sino-LinchemInternational, Inc. and BLACK P2 (USA) INC, a U.S. high-tech start-up company,donated 10 million yuan worth of high-end material "BLACK phosphorus"to Tianda Baojie Saida Innovation and Technology Research Institute. TheCooperation and Donation Ceremony was successfully held at the ConferenceCenter of Xiqing Economic Development Zone, Tianjin, China. Ms. Lin shan, VicePresident of our company, Ms. Liang, Deputy Chief Engineer, Mr. Li, Engineerand Mr. Alan Liang, Representative of BLACK P2 (USA) INC, attended the ceremony.

Black phosphorus, a black metallic crystal with alattice of linked six-membered rings, is the most thermodynamically stable ofthe allotrophes of phosphorus. It is well known that single-layer graphite hasdominated the two-dimensional materials world for the past decade, but due toits lack of orbital energy gap, graphene cannot be integrated as asemiconductor material with traditional silicon-based devices, which greatlylimits its application. In recent years, black phosphorus as a newtwo-dimensional material has attracted great attention from scientists. Blackphosphorus itself has an energy gap and can be used as an adjustablesemiconductor to solve the problems of graphene. It has a great applicationprospect in the next generation of nanometer electronic devices, photoelectricdevices, solar energy, biomedicine and many other cutting-edgetechnologies and industrial fields.
