The Sino-Linchem Co., Ltd 2014 AnnualMeeting and the Performance of New Year’s Greeting was held in Sino-LinchemInternational Co., Ltd on Jan. 23^rd. Gathering in the meeting room,all staffs summarized the past year, and also shared wishes, discussed workingtasks as development prospects as well of the coming year. The first part ofthe meeting was annual report delivered by CEO Lin Shan, which summarized the past-yearachievements and employee’s performance, pointed existing disadvantages and alsoput forward the tasks and plan for 2015. In the second part, staffrepresentatives gave annual reports. The representatives from differentdepartments stated each experiences and feelings in terms of each post in thehope of further expectation and improvement. Next, company leaders awardedoutstanding employees which include Outstanding Employee Award, ProfessionalEmployee Award and Safety Production Operating Model etc.. Besides, leaserspraised and everyone present appreciated excellent photographic works like Sprout and Rare leisure of “the Most Beautiful Moment Around” photo contest.

After the annual meeting, we hadlunch together joyfully in warehouse. At the mean time, the second season ofVoice of SLC was held since the first season conducted successfully last year. Weenjoyed those wonderful performance and shared the happy moment, which promotedbetter understanding and enhanced a better relationship among colleagues. Atthe beginning, president Lin Ming called from America along with overseasemployees. He blessed SLC a brighter future and all staffs a happy new year. Beforecompetitors standing on stage, four judges came onto the stage dressing up as Tangpriest and his three disciples and sang songs to encourage competitors, which arousedaudience shouting and cheering. Later on it was the knockout round thateveryone had expected for whole day. Competitors tried their best to performed forattracting judges’ turning-around. There were five competitors who promotedinto the next round while three competitors survived the revival part saideight competitors in total. The qualification was intense and excited. All fourjudges were entangled with making alternative choice between whose twostudents. The final four competitors were all excellent in voice and affectionin the last around, which around endless applause. In the end, all awardedcompetitors and lucky audience received prizes.

The entertainment capped off inthe laughter and blessing. It effects inner spirit of SLC as making concertedeffort, banding closely and full of vigor and vitality. We desire to workharder as to achieve better achievement and create a promising future together inthe coming new year.
