On March12, 2013, with the strong support of the leaders and the assistance of colleagues of the president's office, all the employees took part in the activities in the Arbor Day. Firstly, the chairman introduced the origin of the Arbor Day.

March 12 is the Arbor Day of our country. This is also the day of Dr. Sun Yat-Sen's death anniversary. Sun Yat-sen paid great attention to the forestry construction. At the time when he took office as Provisional President of the Republic of China, he set up Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and its subordinate departments Forest Department which was responsible for the national forestry affair. In November 1914, the first Forestry Law was promulgated in modern history of China. On July 1,1915, the government stipulated the "tomb-sweeping day" as a national tree planting day. After learning the origin of the Arbor Day, staffs began planning trees. They cooperated with each other. After a while, many young trees were planted, which decorated the main road of the factory luxuriantly. Besides, colleagues hung tree-planting cards on the young trees which witnessed the friendship and development of Sino-Linchem International Co.,Ltd.

Planting tree is a beneficial great engineering for generations, which not only afforests and beautifies our home, but also broadens the forest resource, prevents water and soil erosion, protects farmland and, promote the economic development. In order to protect the forest resource, beautify the environment and balance the ecology, many countries in the world set up the tree-planting Day according to the practical situation. With the increasing strengthening of people’s environmental protection awareness and the actions of planting trees, our living environment will be improved continually.
