In the afternoon of Jan 19, 2012, Linming, chairman of Sion-linchem Group, gave a lecture on “Target Management” in the meeting room at the headquarters. All staff in the Finance Department, Material Management Department and Chief Engineering Office of headquarters and subsidiaries attended the training courses.                

As the leader of Sino-Linchem, Chairman Lin Ming concerns and cares every staff. He believes that mastering a special skill is vital to an employee’s career development. The training was the first course for employee’s quality training this year. The chairman told the concept of target management, emphasized the finance and property management, the division and significance of virtual targets and quantified targets and introduced China’s principle of accountancy and its author with humorous words and vigorous examples.     Moreover, he applied the pyramid theory in target management on the basis of real situation of each job position and pointed out how to start work as the pyramid model and carry out information feedback.  In addition to the detailed and abundant examples, the chairman also used the history literary quotation of “Gua Tian Li Xia”( means Be founded in a suspicious position) and the definition process of “Tian”(sky) and “Hai”(sea) to interact with the trainees, which was beneficial to the employee to gain a more comprehensive and newer cognition for their own job and played a instructive role in the company’s future development.                

Staff training is a crucial way to improve staff qualities, create a kind of learning team spirit, promote corporate culture, enhance cohesive affinity and also an important manifestation of humanistic concern.
